COMMERCIAL FITNESS SOLUTIONS BROADENS APPEAL OF SCHEITLER RECREATION CENTER
Littleton, CO - October 15, 2008 – Commercial Fitness Solutions, Inc., (CFS) recently completed the redesign and remodel of the Scheitler Recreation Center in Denver, CO. Due to the success of the project, the community-based center is now uniquely able to meet the fitness needs of a diverse clientele.
A national provider of facility design services and quality commercial fitness equipment, CFS helped manage the project at every stage: from preliminary planning and CAD design to equipment installation and educational training. The City of Denver and CFS chose high-quality equipment from Cybex International, SCIFIT, and LifeFitness with an eye towards dependability and durability, making this facility a model for future fitness centers.
A thorough understanding of the goals for this unique facility was essential in designing a floorplan and selecting the right equipment. Ken Greenberg, President of CFS, stated, “The expansion of the Scheitler Recreation Center required precise electrical planning and management as well as a balanced equipment mix to accommodate their wide range of clientele. They now have a state-of-the-art room that is safe and comfortable for exercising and will serve the future growth of the neighborhood”.
“The addition of a complete Cybex weight-training circuit and the new Arc Trainers has greatly enhanced the fitness opportunities for the community here in Northwest Denver,” noted Shelly Pawlowski, Recreation Supervisor at the Scheitler Recreation Center. “These products have exceeded the expectations of our patrons. Working with Ken to select complimentary equipment, design the space to meet the needs of our diverse community, and train our staff was a positive and educational experience.
