RE/MAX’s New World Headquarters Includes Employee Fitness Center

DTC, CO – On January 29, 2007, RE/MAX “Home of the Real Estate Leaders®” opened the doors of its brand-new 234,000-square-foot World Headquarters. Located in Denver’s Tech Center, every inch of the new facility is adorned with intricate architecture and the finest employee resources, including a state-of-the-art fitness center designed by Commercial Fitness Solutions

RE/MAX’s management team went to great lengths to create a remarkable work environment for its employees. Surveying staff to compile a list of highly desired features, RE/MAX’s new facility includes an onsite fitness center, free covered parking, more spacious workstations, and a large dining room. These features went above and beyond employee expectations. Without question, the highlight of the new building is the fitness center: “Our [new] fitness center is already heavily used and everyone is very pleased with it,” says Melissa Ada, Executive Assistant to RE/MAX COO Bruce Benham. Attentive to every detail, CFS worked with RE/MAX’s design team to match each machine’s upholstery to the color of the custom carpets and locker room tiles. The fitness center is available to employees at no charge and is open six days a week.
