COMMERCIAL FITNESS SOLUTIONS AWARDED CONTRACT FOR NEW
RITZ-CARLTON LAKE TAHOE SPA AND FITNESS CENTER

Littleton, CO – JULY 10, 2009 – East-West Partners turned to Commercial Fitness Solutions, Inc., (CFS) once again to help design and equip the new Highlands Spa and Fitness Center.

The Ritz-Carlton Highlands, Lake Tahoe will feature a 17,000 square foot spa and fitness center with 16 treatment rooms, ladies' and gentlemen's lounge areas with sauna, steam and whirlpool. Two outdoor swimming pools allow guests the option of swimming laps or relaxing slope side by the pool. The fitness center, with state-of-the art weight training and cardiovascular offers a variety of exercise and yoga classes

A national provider of facility design services and quality commercial fitness equipment, CFS will consult and design the project at every stage: from preliminary planning and CAD design to equipment installation and educational training. Ken Greenberg, President of CFS, stated, “In an effort to maximize the customer-service and revenue-generating potential of their investment, East-West Partners chose high-quality equipment and accessories, many of which can be found in sports performance clinics and professional sports training facilities.”

Highlights of the fitness center include areas for cardiovascular, strength training, functional training, and group/mind body studio. State-of-the-art equipment from CybexInternational will be used.
